Dedicated to Today's Youth

We believe that kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That’s why, through the Y, millions of youth today are cultivating the values, skills, and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health, and educational achievement.

Focusing on Healthy Living

In communities across the nation, the Y is a leading voice on health and well-being. We bring families closer together, encourage good health, and foster connections through fitness, sports, and fun. As a result, millions of youth, adults, and families are receiving support, guidance, and resources needed to achieve greater health for their spirit, mind, and body.

Romoland Child Care

The YMCA of Riverside City and County now offers Before and After School Child Care at four locations in Romoland, including Mesa View Elementary School, Harvest Valley Elementary School, Romoland Elementary School, and Boulder Ridge Middle School. Our elementary school programs run from 6:00am-8:00am and 2:20pm-6:00pm (12:25pm-6:00pm on modified days). Care is currently available to any student K-5 enrolled at these schools. Our Boulder Ridge Middle School program is open from 6:00am-8:00am and 2:00pm-6:00pm (12:00pm-6:00pm on modified days). On non-student days and school holidays our Boulder Ridge and Mesa View programs will be open from 6:00am-6:00pm. Students from Romoland and Harvest Valley are welcome to attend Mesa View on these days! We are closed on all major holidays and a few school designated holidays a year. Our school year program includes homework hour, snack time, arts and crafts, sports and outdoor time, and much more! Scholarships and subsidized care are available for all programs.
