In communities across the nation, the Y is a leading voice on health and well-being. We bring families closer together, encourage good health, and foster connections through fitness, sports, and fun. As a result, millions of youth, adults, and families are receiving support, guidance, and resources needed to achieve greater health for their spirit, mind, and body.
Lifeguarding is a 5-day course with classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6pm – 10pm, Saturday from 8am – 8pm and Sunday from 8am – 4pm. Courses begin on the following dates:
